I felt the price of the containers was very reasonable and the team in the Houston, TX area, where we moved from, was fantastic. They were very responsive to my questions and needs and everything went very smooth. On the destination side, Phoenix, AZ, they were also good, but I didn't interact with them as much. The one thing I liked in Houston was I got a text message when the driver was on the way and it had a tracking link. They didn't have this on the Phoenix side. But the Phoenix team was responsive when I asked for an ETA. I wouldn't take anything off for it in the review, it's more of a recommendation for UNITS locations.

When I called to book my move, I asked the person on the phone from Units if they had any recommendations, and they did and they gave me a few names of companies to call.

One of those companies was Thompson Moving, where I spoke with Frank, the owner.

And that recommendation from Units, was spot on, these guys did an incredible job of moving me out of my apartment. Packing an entire 2-Bedroom apartment into a “Units” container for shipment across the country.

They were on time, communicative letting me know what was going on leading up to “The Big Day” and did a professional job of moving and packing all of my stuff securely into that container.

I would highly recommend them. Frank and his team are top-notch and if I’m ever back in the area, these are definitely who I would call to move me into my next place.

I I called units to see how my move would work with there units , they explained to me the process. I the ordered some units . They were on time, so curious , Their drivers are wonderful, And I love the way they placed the containers. Not only how they placed them but the inside of the containers are so clean. I truly highly Encourage Everyone to use units their whole staff and their whole process is the best. Thank you units for such a reliable & relaxing experience.

Everything went as planned with delivery of the 16' Unit. I had not scheduled a time for picking up the completely packed Unit, but the driver was at my house bright and early to remove and store the Unit.

The entire Mesa team was fantastic and a pleasure to work with. Even when I needed to change my scheduled drop off and pick up dates on multiple occasion's. I would definitely use Units Moving again. Quick delivery, very friendly delivery driver. The thing that sets them above the competition is that their delivery systems allows you to place the storage units right next to each other-leaving more room.

From the moment I contacted UNITS to the day the Unite left my house, the entire experience was professional, and informative. Brooke walked me through the Agreement so I had a thorough understanding of all the charges and optional charges for insurance if needed. The delivery and pick up drivers were extremely communicative, giving me advanced notice of delivery and arrival. Overall a great experience
