The protection group does security for my apartment building and they are phenomenal. I have called a few times for various reasons and the dispatchers are always professional and kind. Security officers arrive in a reasonable amount of time and it brings me a great deal of comfort to see them walking around our complex at night. I work late hours and take my dog out in the early hours of the morning/late hours at night and I appreciate the protection group being nearby in case anything happens. Thanks for all you do!

Absolutely useless. If you have a mild issue, they just make a report, if you have a big issue, they tell you to call the cops, but good luck getting these lazy “guards” to step out of their brand new vinyl wrapped cars to actually walk a hallway or something.
