The local folks were really great. I went in to pick up an item, found out it wasn't ready yet, so they scheduled my drop off for the next morning. Done and done.
The corporate folks that handle customer service emails have no clue what's really going on. They had told me delivery would be a few days ago, but my item wasn't even in the state.
Overall, if you can talk to the local folks they'll get you taken care of. They deserve 5 stars.

Order was supposed to be delivered two days ago, called customer service and they said it was there but can’t do anything to help me get a delivery scheduled or come and pick it up. She said you’ll have to wait three business days for someone to to call you to get it scheduled. What happened to my original delivery date and how doesn’t that get me to the top of the list for delivery

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!! Do not go with this company. I was quoted on shipping and given a pretty reasonable price. I got sent a bill for 5x the amount I was quoted. I refuse to pay that horrendous price. Contact the company and they refuse to give me the quoted price. Worthless company. I'm surprised they are still in business.

Terrible customer service! They’ve had my parcel sitting at the local terminal for 5 days, tracking shows it should have been delivered yesterday. After multiple ‘over seas’ phone calls I finally get a local representative. I ask why it hasn’t been delivered… ‘oh we were going to call today to set an appointment’ What about the scheduled delivery yesterday as detailed on your website?! ‘Oh we don’t really go off of that for residential delivery’. What?! F these guys! I took off work for the SCHEDULED delivery! Now they say they can’t delivery for another 2 days!!! Give me my money back then!!

WORST FREIGHT COMPANY. THE MANAGER COULD CARE LESS ABOUT DOING A GOOD JOB. DONT COUNT ON THEM. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY WILL HOLD ONTO YOUR PACKAGE FOR WEEKS AT A TIME AND NEVER SHIP IT OUT. THEY SUCK!

Never again. We have an item that should have been delivered 1/30/24. Needless to say after calling all day and leaving messages finally on 1/31 a lady called me back informing me that they couldn't deliver to my area. We were finally able to set up a time for us to drive two hours to their location and I ended up in the hospital. My husband and I called all day to reschedule and nobody would answer the phone. Now my item still sets at their terminal with no answers.

Paid for 2 day freight. They picked it up and they only service my area every 4-5 days. Had to pick it up. Waited close to an hour to get it loaded up. Why take the delivery knowing you can’t do it properly. This company is terrible go literally anywhere else.
