We all have an alarm system for a reason we’ll for
11 years I’ve had Peak Alarm at my 2 different houses. I have also had Peak Alarms at my 4 business locations for the past 8 years.

I would have highly recommended them till this week! There was a very unique and I had to change passwords and restrict the business and residence due to a crime scene inside the business location.

I contacted them as soon as I found out the suspect was released from jail. Then Monday spoke with Allison she was great 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 helped change username and passwords & codes. Extra documentation was sent to Peak Alarm due to a domestic violence situation.

Then someone at Peak Alarm dropped the ball or just was “Careless” and allowed the other person to not only change passwords, email and restricted access. There is a protective order in place. The build is a place we’re multiple crimes took place.

The point of an alarm is to protect yourself, family and employees. I contacted Josh Anderson & Heather on a conference call I explained in detail the several crimes and Josh was the most rude, disrespectful, heartless person I have ever spoke to . Heather didn’t say much but to see that a company I’ve done business with for years tp not have my safety and my children’s says a lot I will be looking and comparing with their competitors!

If I choose to stay I want the existing account closed and a new account opened.

Domestic violence is not a joke or to be negligent about it can cost yours or someone else’s life. I asked to have a supervisor contact me to go over the situation.

I feel like I've been ripped off. I have been with Peak for several years and for personal reasons decided to cancel my service. I was shocked when I was told I would be charged till the end of my contract. WHAT CONTRACT? When I signed up it was a contract for 3 years and that has long passed.
I was then told my contract automatically renews every year. RESULT? I'm currently paying for almost 6 months for a dead horse.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

OH, by the way, your cameras suck.

I just had a good experience with Jeff, a service/install technician from Peak Alarm. I am doing some remodeling in a small warehouse I own and needed my alarm panel, modem and door sensors all moved. When we called to see how soon we could get someone here, we were told next week sometime. That would have set our project back a ways but then they checked with Jeff to see if he would go this afternoon on his way home and he said okay! Jeff took care of it. It took about 90 minutes. Now my project moves forward without a delay. Thanks again, Jeff!

Frustrated! In today's world of no contracts this company will add huge penalties for early contract terminations. $1,265 early termination penalty!!!! They have a license to steal and that is exactly what they did from me. Not only will I never use this company again, I will tell everyone I know what a rip off company they are and that they are thieves.

Update: So much for you guys trying to make it right. After calling YOU multiple times and multiple promises of a return call (which I never received), you turned me into collections!

Never, never, never do business with this company! If I could give you a negative 5 stars I would.

I would do 0 stars if I could. We have Peak Alarm @ our office. Frequently the app just keeps timing out over and over again until I give up. Sometimes it will work after 20 minutes of trying. I specifically would only sign a one year contract, and they "auto renew" every year without making it clear, so now I am stuck with horrible service for 6 more months.

I have been a customer of peak for over 50 years. Our businesses have had many systems and I have had all my homes covered with their systems. Recently I had some issues and they sent out Francisco a tech. Absolutely one of the best techs I have had work on my system. He fixed it in no time and gave me some very good information and training. Thanks Francisco and Peak!

I would not have given this company a one star if I could have written a review without doing so. This has been a very frustrating service to deal with. We had moved and left the equipment with the new owner’s. We notified the alarm company of what we were doing and they explained that everything was good to go and we were caught up and owed nothing that the new owners would be responsible. I guess the new owners decided not to use them and instead of us being notified that they were not, a year later they turned us over to collections after we made several attempts to explain to them what had happened. Also when we were using them the window alarms fell off all the time. We had to super glue them to make them stay attached.
BE AWARE!! I am now paying a collection company for equipment that I don’t even have!
