I have had them for over three years, they came to upgrade my equipment which cost me $420. And the cameras still aren’t working, so I asked them to send me a tech out and they changed my cc without asking another $180. Cameras still aren’t working. So I emailed them and asked them why they charged my card without permission for cameras eBay haven’t worked in over 8 months. And all awhile paying the $40 a month fee for the services in addition to everything else. I told whoever I emailed if they couldn’t just change my card without permission and that I was upset and they need to fix the cameras or cancel my service. The email reply I got,

Service canceled.

I didn’t get an explanation on why they charged me over $600 for cameras that never worked. Or anything.
In my life I have never left a one star review. This was the worst customer service I have ever had and I have loyal to them for over 3 years. So I hope everyone reads this review. They don’t actually care about you as a customer and charge you a ton for nothing when it doesn’t work.

This is the absolute worst security system company. The customer service is awful. They have zero answers. I am having to pay over $100 every few months for them to come change batteries and when I call with any questions, they don't even know what system they put in my home. It was installed incorrectly. I have additional holes for magnets that don't even have magnets in them. This entire experience has been a nightmare as every few months my system beeps throughout the night and they are not in any hurry to send someone to stop it. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Ive had a system installed by others, Years later when we did have an event, learned the system was never capable of providing Alarms as we were lead to believe. Andrew spent hours trying to rewire it to work but it was not an option. Have one now that works, and good to now have someone that knows alarm systems.
