The service was bad, they took too long and gave me a thousand excuses. They offered me up to 100 lbs free on my vehicle, the trucker (very rude and disrespectful) charged me for not having the vehicle empty and the company did nothing. I don’t recommend this company.

I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience with easy auto shipping. I payed a little extra for the single covered transport of my classic car from Ohio to Texas.
The commutation was great with easy auto shipping and made everything extremely easy for me.

SHOUT OUT TO Abby Cartumini from Easy Auto Shipping. She is the best and made the shipping experience 1000% better.

The only negative I have to say is that the carrier they chose to deliver my car was not very good with communication. I had to call to get updates And that to me is small but worth noting.

Thank you for delivering my 1959 dodge coronet lancer safely.

Amazing customer service. Honest, efficient, professional. My rep, Chris Guilla, sold me on the company, and it wasn't even my lowest quote. I just felt great about the experience and like I was dealing with a company really that cared. Also, my BMW came earlier than expected, and I was kept in the loop the whole time.

Total Loss! I strongly advise against using Easy Auto Ship and their so called vetted transporters. My experience was a nightmare from start to finish.

I arranged for my car to be transported from Queens, NY, to Florida. On the scheduled delivery day, I confirmed the delivery time of 7:30 AM. However, the driver didn’t call me back until 3 PM, only to inform me that he had damaged my car by hitting an underpass. He told me to find a body shop for the car's delivery.

I quickly located a certified body shop and gave the address to the driver. Upon delivery, he demanded the balance of the transport fee despite the significant damage. Naturally, I was upset and contacted Easy Auto Ship, expecting support. Instead, they told me I had to pay the fee or the carrier would cancel the claim. Left with no choice, I paid it.

To make matters worse, I had to file a claim through my own insurance because the carrier's insurance would take 120 days to process. During the claim process, I found out the accident happened in Brooklyn, NY two days after pickup. The driver transported my damaged car to Florida. My insurance company eventually deemed my vehicle a total loss.

This entire ordeal has been devastating. In my opinion, Easy Auto Ship failed to deliver on their promise of using vetted, reliable carriers and provided no real assistance when things went wrong. If you value your vehicle and peace of mind, look elsewhere for auto transport services.

Update: If one reads all of Easy Ship's comments, it seems as though Easy Ship takes no responsibility for anything that goes wrong in any of it's negative reviews. It’s not misinformation. The carriers insurance emailed me the following: "As noted, you can choose to utilize your own insurance if preferred as they may have additional coverages available to you for your referenced vehicle rental and loss of value claims. They would also likely be able to resolve this matter in a more expedited nature as direct subrogation motor carrier cargo losses can take some time to complete." As for the demand of a "Large sum", the carrier doesn't even know it's a loss yet. The vehicle was deemed a loss on November 25th, 2024. The incident occurred on October 28, 2024. I have had no communication with Easy Ship or the carrier since November 1, 2024. Subrogation will take about a year so I'm absolutely patient. It appears as though Easy Ship is misinformed.

I found Easy Auto Ship via Google. I was worried about scams. I did a little bit of research and decided to take the leap. The process was super simple and the quote was very reasonable. Chris Gullia was awsome. We scheduled the pickup for the next week end. Transportation called to tell us when the car was scheduled for pick up. Since the trailer is very long we needed to take the car to a truckstop to have it loaded. The driver text me to let me know the exact time he would be there. He arrived ontime. The driver was very meticulus as we watched him for an hour moving and adjusting the trailer and cars to make every car fit and was secure. In the photo you can see the driver measuring to make sure the cars would fit under the bridges. We had good communication with the driver. Due to the Holiday, the communcation was silent at the yard where the car was dropped, however the car was to be delivered the next day. I decided to call EAS who made some calls, then reported to me what was happening. They confirmed the ETA for the delivery. If there was anything for improvement it would be keeping the customer more aware of the delivery specific details. In anycase, I would recommend EAS to anyone who needs to ship a car. I was impressed! Ohio to California

This is the second year I've used Easy Auto Ship to have my daughter's vehicle transported from Wisconsin to her college in upstate New York. The process was SO EASY from start to finish. Once a carrier was assigned to us, we received a call, email and a text...very efficient. The driver picked up the car right in front of our home a few days after we placed the order...and the car was delivered safe and sound right to my daughter's campus. Each driver each year has been pleasant, efficient, and has provided good communication on their journey. Pick up and drop off has been seamless. I would definitely recommend Easy Auto Ship for your vehicle transport needs!

Van was delivered a day early and in good shape. Driver was professional and kept us informed. Price was reasonable for over 2K miles. Was promised door to door delivery but had to meet at the park n ride as he said he couldn't take his truck into our neighborhood. Luckily it was not far.
