Current employee. It is what you make of it. Cooperate is garbage, they don't look out for you at all. It's all a hierarchy system of ranking. So as a "normal guard" you get no special treatment or have a voice. You can find a good site and appreciate it, but that has more to do with your immediate supervisor and the client.

My biggest issue is they don't help me at all with special requests I have. If I need something for my job, I know for a fact they won't provide it. Which is kind of a strange thing since I've been here several years.

But as for it as a whole, it's not a bad company. You have opportunity, they pay you and I've never had an issue with pay. Frequently need OT. They do offer trainings. Lots of good pieces in place, but could use some serious improvement to get more than 3 stars.

Very unprofessional dispatch. The HR only promotes DEI. If your a white male and want to get anywhere other than entry level DO NOT APPLY!!!!

I dont care what others say, this company trains their security officers Better then Salt Lake City police or animal control.

About a month ago our company hired CBI due to a threat and we couldn’t have been happier with the service! Doug was the main security guard there and he was awesome! He was punctual, prompt with communication, and didn’t leave anything to chance. We also had several other security guards that were awesome including Warren and Zach. So thankful for the awesome employees at CBI!

Witnessed a security guard driving car 153 trespassing on a neighbor’s property. Completely inappropriate. These police wannabes are doing a great job matching the lack of professionalism and the idea that they can do whatever they want whenever they want.

At the winco in south salt lake I witnessed a security guard harass a woman and follow her around as she was walking to her car. He was talking to someone on the phone and called her “a middle eastern problem.” This company would be crazy to continue to employ someone with blatant racism.

Our company needed some additional security and CBI delivered! Doug provided great security and made everyone at work feel safe— he was very professional and so fun to have around! This guy deserves a raise! 👍 We also worked with JJ, Shayne, Zach, Warren, and Maren. Everyone was professional and did a thorough job. Don’t hesitate to work with this company!

Poorly trained security officers not professional in anyway cannot believe they still have insurance in the state. Be cautious it seems like quite a liability hiring this company for security. I was not surprised when I read any other reviews please use due diligence in hiring any company or services
