Do not use this company, first they said they charge 145 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours and they make you give a Deposit who goes towards the two hours , we'll thats a lie because they later charge you 290 plus your deposit with excuses, and they keep your 145 usd and still pay 290 use, they were supposed to get my home at 5- 6 pm and they delayed me like 3 times because they had a flat tire, they got here at 8:45 pm ( they were here to just take all the stuff down from my u haul) everything was going well and suddenly one of the lovers dropped and broke one of my furniture and make up of my wife, I texted the company they didn't even cared, finally they were in a rush to leave, and I asked them for help with a tv , one of them helped me but the other gentleman was on the truck with engine on and calling him to make pressure to leave, they only stated for 1 hour and 20 minutes and they didn't asked me if I needed anything else. I usually don't do this kind of reviews but it's frustrating 😑

We hired ADM to help with a short distance move, and the entire process went smoothly. All the employees were professional, informative, and thorough. The price for the move was extremely competitive and quite the value! The two gentlemen assisting with the move carefully wrapped all our furniture and transported the items with care... no damaged pieces. Great job!!

I've seen some folks leave a one-star review. However, anytime we deal with humans, there is a chance of error. However, my experience was fantastic. I have worked with several moving companies personally and professionally. This team was quick and efficient, handled everything carefully, and meticulously wrapped and protected all my items. Joe, in particular, was very friendly, courteous, and charismatic. His sidekick today was Ernie, who did a great job as well. Thank you to the Arizona discount movers team for making my move stress-free.

We recently contacted Arizona Discount Movers to help with moving a few pieces of furniture for our daughter. What started as moving a few pieces of furniture turned into a more complex move involving more pieces and two different drop off locations. The team was incredibly accommodating despite the last-minite change to our request. They made a potentially stressful situation easy and seamless. We highly recommend.

I'm sure that the owner would like me to read them at five. If I were to write only the movers I would rate them of five. Unfortunately, because of the things that I have heard over the phone about myself out of the owner's mouth I have to write them aI believe in professionalism and integrity. There's also no reason to tell me several times that one of the movers is your fiance when I call you for a move. I'm simply calling to get a move I'm not calling to set up a date. The strange thing is that I moved from Chandler to Tempe which was 8.1 mi I know it was during the day but it was on the weekend and I set up a move from Tempe to Tempe 24.5 me instead of 8.1 in the movie that was 4.5 miles was in the evening on a weekday and it cost me twice as much then the move that was twice as far very strange. Although, if it was one of the movers that did the math I trust their math far more than I would trust the math of one of the people in the office. I'm not sure why you would say bad things about a customer when they can hear you over the phone if you want business from them. What is sad for me is that I will not be able to refer your movers to someone else.

Beware: look at the bad reviews and look how this terrible place responds to unhappy customers. Don’t fall for the BS 5 star reviews. We had a god awful experience and what happened to us is exactly what happened in a lot of the bad reviews. Please do not use this place they are bad bad bad all around bad

I beg everyone reading this review to not fall for the same trap I did and get another moving company!!! I went with the movers who had the cheapest rates and to say it backfired would be an understatement. When I called to get a quote we did not know the exact date of our move as it was new construction. They told me that I should book now to lock in the rate and then I could change at any time. They told me the rate and we agreed at a specific price, cheaper than other quotes I had gotten. Then, with over a month notice I got the specific date and we scheduled it in. I was discussing dates with the lady over the phone and she told me that on Sunday they would have to charge more as they have to pay the guys overtime so we agreed to do it on Saturday.
The day before the move we got a confirmation call and that is when I was told that the rate had changed and we now had to pay 30.00 more per hour than we originally agreed on. At this point, it was one day before the move and I had no choice but to agree. Their movers came and I will say one of them was a great worker and he did an amazing job however the move took way longer than it should have and two of the workers were not as useful. For example when we moved into this house (3 Br, 2BA) it took 3 hours and these guys took over 6 hours to do the move… again, sometimes the cheaper rate is not the best option. Now, this is where things get even more fun! I had asked several times about moving our big screen TV and they said they would take care of it. Now, when we got to the new place the TV was broken and screen completely shattered. It has now been over 3 weeks and we still do not have a TV in our living room and was forced to host a Memorial Day house warming party with no TV in the living room. Our TV was only 400.00 and they still have not reimbursed us for that. They ask for 12 weeks which just seems ridiculous for a reimbursement. They make everything as hard as possible.

I know this is a long review but it sounds like others have had similar issues with this company and I hope it saves someone else from having to go through this!

Update!!! 500.00 TV and they sent us a check for 38.00 this company is a complete joke! Now I am having to waste more time and money getting a police report filed and submitting a claim in small claims court. At this point i just want to reimbursed for the item their workers broke. Instead they sent us a check of 125 and then another for 38.00.
I just can’t believe there is a place that does business like this. The police office that took our report could not believe everything we had to go through as well.

I would highly recommend Arizona Discount movers! I received quotes from many moving companies, AZ discount movers were professional and gave us a good price on the move. Our movers were extremely fast, reliable and thorough. Arizona discount movers help with your move with anything you need; they even had mattress covers. Very thankful we went with them!
