Arizona Brothers Moving and Storage -

DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR THINGS! I used them to move earlier this month (June 2024) and my experience was AWFUL!

My long list of issues include:
- An overall lack or professionalism by the movers. They were 1 hour late with no communication and I was greeting by one of the movers with a lit cigarette in his hand.
- They did not use proper blankets or covers to move a majority of my furniture resulting multiple pieces of furniture now scuffed and damaged. I had to specifically ask them to wrap and take extra care with my antique pieces.
- They did not have a mattress cover and made no effort to wrap or protect my mattress (even after I asked) so they moved my mattress BARE. This resulted in rips and snags in the mattress (that is less than 3 years old) as well as the MOVERS SWEATING ALL OVER MY BARE MATTRESS! (Their website promises they bring all the supplies to move you).
- They were sliding pieces of furniture all over the vinyl wood flooring in my new apartment resulting in scratches and scuffs on the floor and on doorways.
- I communicated prior to the move I had a large queen-size bed frame that needed to be taken apart and put back together; not only did they not bring a drill, but I had to take it apart and put it together by myself!

I was quoted around $250 LESS than what the move ended up costing. Now, I understand I have a lot of things so it took longer to move me, but I do not believe the owner, William, asked enough questions around the amount of things I had to be able to give me a proper quote over the phone.

When I contacted William about all the issues, there was no immediate apology for anything! He did work with me in bringing down the price for all the issues, but it was definitely a negotiation that I had to fight for, even when I was willing to forgive damage made to some of my furniture. I still ended up paying WAY too much for all the damage I found after I started to unpack. I only received an apology for the isand a promise they will do better AFTER I paid him.

Overall, the entire experience cost WAY TOO much for what I'm left with after. I was so uncomfortable throughout the moving experience and if I could go back in time I would stay far away from using them!

Very reasonable pricing compared to other companies, accomodating as I had to move on a Sunday (no extra chargee), were on time, loaded and unloaded heavy furniture and numerous boxes/items fairly fast, and were very courteous. No hidden fees or surprises - delivered as agreed. I highly recommend AZ Brothers

Arizona Brothers Moving did an amazing job with our move. They successfully moved two one bedrooms (spanning from Gilbert to Mesa) into a home. I initially scheduled with William. At times it was tough to get through to anyone at the office (no one would answer even during business hours) but that didn't matter because they completed the move expertly. The team included Cody, Anthony, and Proctor. All three guys were professional and worked quickly/carefully. Cody was especially good at communicating. I would use again and would recommend to others!

I've never posted a review for a company before, good or bad, but I felt I had to say something about the great experience we had this weekend with Arizona Brothers Moving. First, I called them last minute on a Friday and they were available on Saturday, even showed up early. Dave and his guys were friendly, professional and fast! We had our entire second floor condo emptied out and moved into our new house in one quick afternoon and a process that we had been dreading was made easy and affordable. Can't say enough about them and would highly recommend company to anyone (especially the crew we had)!

The movers, Matt and Justin, showed up on time and were professional, kind and conscientious with our delicate items. I have referred this company to friends and they have positive experiences too. Prices are fair and worth it! I will use them for my next move too.

All I can say is this moving company was amazing and a life saver. Need to move my daughter as soon as possible so the hunt of a moving company started. Found out on a Friday and need her moved that weekend. Called Friday morning this company and William was great. He fit it in on that Sunday afternoon for us. Many places either couldn't do it or charge way too much. They showed up 30 minutes early and took care of everything. Professional, neat and very considerate of her stuff - not to mention quick. The two guys that came were friendly and enjoyable to work with. Price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

One of the best moving companies Ive dealt with. I own a moving company in Seattle and I have to hire movers all over the country. This is a class organization from the top down.
Early, prepared, skilled, worked fast and hard in 102 degree weather and they worked as a team. I would have felt comfortable leaving them alone with my clients. I worked right along side them and they out did me for sure. Hire these guys!!!!

This is a real review by a real person. I distrust all the Yelp reviews on other moving companies here. There's no way that all the moving companies in Phoenix have five-star reviews. Someone is gaming the system.

Anyway, William and his team were very responsive. They were fair and on time and handled our property with care. What's more, they were priced competitively and they didn't blink at the complexity of our move. We had to cross state lines and didn't want to use an expensive moving company that required thousands of dollars of insurance. These guys were absolutely phenomenal.

If you want to pay thousands for the other type of big-name moving company, go ahead. But these guys will save you money and deliver top-notch service.

I'll vouch for William and his crew any day.
