When I call for assistance, they are rude and take several hours to respond. The officers don't listen to instructions when I give them in clear detail to dispatch and need to be reminded of the problem when they arrive. Homeless have been in and around our building and security calls asking to be reminded of what building the homeless are sleeping and doing drugs in. Unprofessional and unable to do the simplest aspects of their job.

Unprofessional, rude and incompetent. Dangerous situations that could have been avoided were allowed to remain unsafe due to incompetence. Do not hire this company to keep your business or residence safe.

We've encountered Scott, heavier man, who patrols The Meadows in American Fork. He gives everyone a count down until 10pm & will yell across the fence that the pool is closed when it evidently is not.
The complex does a good job about turning off lights when it's closing time & the pool is an amenity we all pay to be able to enjoy of.
Your security needs some serious training in terms of how to handle pool closures: wait until it's ACTUALLY closing time & if people are still there kick them out & proceed with your closing service.
Lmk if it's best to submit this complaint to the apartment complex.
It's always an unenjoyable experience when Scott is roaming.

If I could seriously rate them zero stars, I would without hesitation. When I call for help, they take forever, and the officers don't listen to instructions when I give them in clear detail to the dispatch team. In addition to that, one of the dispatchers (higher pitched voice, that's usually on at night) is always gruff, and downright rude with me when I call to get assistance. I'm talking about it with the property manager, and suggesting they find someone else that will actually do the job we pay them for.

This is the best security company I have EVER dealt with! Eric is fantastic! I’ve had issues with my neighbors blaring their music (mostly the base is what bothers me) for several months now, almost a year! Everytime I call in, he does his due diligence to make sure a guard is sent out as quickly as possible!
He goes the extra mile anyway he can!
He is honestly the reason I resigned at my apartments, bc I know if they’re patrolling our complex then it will be safe, & taken care of.
I do know since northern has taken over (previously was metro) the noise, & crime has been lower.
They make every effort to patrol several times throughout the Night, not just one & done. They put my mind at ease, & make sure I’m heard. When I call in about my obnoxious loud neighbors they make sure to be here as quickly as possible (usually within 20-30 minutes at most)

If you are looking to hire a company to patrol, your business I highly recommend northern. They’re worth every penny! Eric will always make sure you’re satisfied!
I promise you won’t regret hiring them!

I had a very good meeting with the Owner. He was very informative, and passionate in regards to his company. He shared a lot of great history about the company with me and I am surely impressed. For 28 years of being around I believe this company is very underrated, I would recommend this service to anyone seeking as such. It also seems like a great place to be employed, I am astonished!
