Seeing other reviews I was scared cos I had to pick a load in morning. For 8 am delivery I tried checking in at night around 10 and I was told to drop the trailer and parked my truck to maverick close by called them 7 am and they say your trailer is done come pick it up wwhooa

I was told by broker only 4 hours to unload.
They take over 24hrs.
Heads up and keep that in mind. Also, they won't tell you when your trailer is empty. Instead, they will notify your broker and you have to call your broker or viceversa for updates whether your trailer is empty or not.

I am or should be having a spa cover delivered today, I called at 12:11 pm confirming that I was on the delivery schedule and asked them to call the driver to see where they were but the driver did not answer. I waited until 4:28 pm to call them wondering where my scheduled delivery was and while calling I looked on their website only to see in this message "Delivery was attempted by the destination service center; however, the recipient was not able to receive it. The shipment will not be taken back out for delivery until either the consignee or the shipper has contacted XPO Logistics with further instructions." at 1:11 pm, I have checked my call log and nothing, I have been trying to call then for over an hour now and now answer, tomorrow is suppose to snow so who knows when I will get my spa cover. Note, this is the second spa cover that they are delivering as the first one they ruined and it was refused. How could a company be so bad?

Little regard for drivers time. 13 hour load out. They also attempted to steal 4 load locks and two straps from me. Double check your stuff!! Two stats because the ladies and gentlemen up front were very friendly

Shipment was absolutely destroyed. Had a dent and multiple scratches. Luckily nothing major.

If I could give this company a score of -0, I would have done so to prevent any further services retained by others. Absolutely DO NOT ever use them! My shipment has been sitting in their wearhouse for a week and they won't deliver my packages that have been shipped to me by National Geographic. This made a major impact on the operations of my business and when I called to inquire about my packages, their answer was, "We don't know when you will receive your shipment. It's sitting in our whearhouse and we are trying to locate a truck and a driver". Unimaginable lack of customer service and complete imcompetence. DO NOT use them!
