I have had nothing but good experiences with this company! You have the opportunity to make good consistent income and the Administration is very flexible with days you are and aren't available to work. Plenty of opportunities for overtime hours as well! They offer quarterly incentives for their employees and if you do a good job and follow the policies of admin whichever and the policies for whichever site you work at, you will have an opportunity to promote up into a leadership position! I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to venture into the security sector as a career!!

I’ve worked for Centurion Security for quite a while now and it’s definitely been one of the best company’s I’ve worked for. Admin is very involved in helping us succeed as security officers and likes rewarding officers that go above and beyond. I think that’s what’s separates Centurion from a lot of the other companies is that their services are premium, both to their clients and to the officers out on the field. I would definitely recommend this company over of any other Secuirty company in Utah because centurion is a lot more involved in their clients experience than any other competing security company.

I have never been treated with such disrespect from a company that claims that they’re “professional”.
I started out close with management, had great relationships, until there was a promotion to one of them, and the whole culture changed to being extremely uptight & almost fearful. I lost so much trust.
For a company that values communication, the communication only applies when they feel like it is appropriate, and when they do communicate, it’s out of anger and almost considered bullying rather than constructive criticism.
No one in management has the proper education for the positions that they are in, they were placed in the positions due to favoritism or nepotism, and that is when your feedback becomes applicable.
I see the potential the company has, but only with great leadership, and that’s not something they want to hear or take into consideration.
