I believe that there are a few reasons why you might want to reconsider SentraCam for providing your security. Number 1 they outsource a large amount of their employment to the Philippines. Most alarms go through them first and sometimes only. I’ll let you be the judge on why that wouldn’t be beneficial to you or if it's even ethical. Number 2 although CCTV security is useful, it's a tad overrated. The security cameras are limited in range and triggered by just about everything. (Lights, weather, etc.) So, you're relying on someone in the Philippines to sort through these alarms, which often are numerous, and results can be either a hit or a miss. Number 3, boots on the ground would often prevent incidents that remote security is too slow to respond to or law enforcement simply can’t arrive in time. Not to mention remote surveillance puts a burden on local law enforcement, who sometimes end up playing the role of physical security.
