Lady at the guard shack was amazing. She was kind and helpful. They allow drivers to use break room with couple of vending machines, microwaves, and clean restroom. Unloading took 3 hours from appointment time.

How does it take 2 hours to unload 6 pallets of frieght. It's an LTL load, on top of that it picked up between 0800-1600 but you wait to unload at 2300. My day started at 0630 I have 14 hours on the clock tell me how that works unless you work for a mega carrier. I served with the greatest logistical military in the world, this was logistically FUBAR.

This is the only Amazon site ever punish me because I was early, they refuse to accept loaded Amazon own trailer, when I asked them give me case number shows that they can't take the trailer they said no, I asked them ok guys this is your city you know better just help me to find over night parking they look each other said we don't know and one of them started reading a book, I will say shame on you.

Worst Delivery service! Are there drivers trained like Fedex or ups ? They park in people’s driveways. Almost hit our neighbors kids riding there bike. If I could give zero stars I would. Canceling my amazon prime.

Horrible experience with them. can never get product when needed. Prime shipping is a joke. and customer support is as helpful as an elephant trying to pick up a grain of rice.
