Before the security shack > to the right > is the staging/overnight parking area (it was packed when I got there 2 hrs early for my appointment). Theres bathrooms inside the receiving office. They were heavy on wearing the safety vest. Park first then walk to the security hut > there’s 2 kiosk > enter your phone number - it’ll text another number - enter that number next - then proceed to fill out the rest (name, P.O # etc) once done go back to your truck and wait till they text you. Once they text you - walk back to the security hut and enter the confirmation number they text you - the guard will give you a piece of paper with your dock number etc (see pic). Staff was professional everything was great all the way up to when you dock and they unload you

***the wait for your papers after they unload you could take longer than you’d expected it. Appointment at 4pm dock at 430pm unload 5pm got papers at 830pm. This could vary because people that pull up and dock the same time as me left before me.

Yard dog drivers are driving way too fast! He was not obeying the 10 mph limit. One almost hit a pedestrian trying to go behind a semi truck that was backing into a door. Then yelled at the pedestrian. What nerve. Total lack of respect for human life. I guess it doesn't matter if they hit a driver walking to turn in paperwork at two different doors.
This place needs a better system like the other receivers I deliver to. Turn in your paperwork to the guard shack and they get the info on the trailer then assign a door. You go to that door. They unload. They call you and let you know the paperwork is done and/or they bring it out to your truck.
I need to add, if you're mobility challenged, this place doesn't have anything posted to help you and you will have to go up stairs. Not Handicap friendly.
The people inside get 5 stars for doing great in processing the load.

If you are delivering here be warned! They will not replace a bulkhead if you have multi temp loads. “We don’t replace anything you have to do it yourself!” How can I if I can’t use the pallet jack to move the pallets that should not be frozen. So eff the other guy getting deliveries and myself for having to take product 1300 miles back. Missing my reload that pays more? They made sure they got their payment and went to lunch. Idk if it’s capstone but this handling company sucks. Stuck at the dock with my temps rising in the box for two hrs. No paperwork. Yet they are done? Go figure. Albertsons needs another handling company!

Whatever you do, do not drive into gate until you have walked back and forth from your truck TWICE, they are making sure we truckers stay fit guys, then it will Take you about 45 minutes just to check in with the lady that’s half asleep in door 66, Then and only then you go to door 98 to give your phone number to the lumper guys, now close your eyes and enjoy your 4 hour nap and pray for a better load. They get a star for having a decent bathroom, I’ll give them another star for overnight parking. Good luck y’all!

I feel like this place is super easy to check in. Scan the bar code, follow directions, wait for the bar code text, scan that bar code at the machine in guard shack, they will give you a piece of paper with your door and other directions. Open your doors and park it. Take paperwork to door 66, then walk to 98 to pay lumper. Wait to get unloaded and a text that they are finished. Some complain about walking back and forth, but I think some can use that exercise.
