I sent an email to management in the apartment complex where I live, due to the security guard driving like a maniac(30-40 mph) when its only 10mph putting pets and kids in danger. I thought they were supposed to keep us safe Not be the danger themselves. Anyways, on December 14th around 12:50 am once again, racecar driver was back practicing for Nascar. Imagine if my dog leash was to slip off my hand? Or much worst someone's kid walking in front of this speed demon. You clearly know what I'm talking about, and I honestly don't need to hear anybody responding back to my comment trying to come up with excuses or asking further questions, much less aplogies needed. I need actions taken, the BBB review will up soon if I witness this happening again since this is a common practice from this company, as well as video recording to send proof to west jordan police department for vehicle exhibition. The location doesn't matter, everyone must follow the speed limit and much more important be respectful of the area where you perform your job

It is illegal to ask for identification when no crime has been committed. To make the situation more hostile by reaching for their gun and telling a individual they are above everyone. More than likely not following instructions on property. Also yelling and calling the contractor some disgusting names, very unprofessional. I watched a incident happen with a few other witnesses between a guard and a contractor. Pray the guard never becomes a police officer because he was already on a power trip and more than likely will kill someone in the future just because he's intimidated and carries a gun.

While traveling in the state of Utah, I have noticed that all pro Security is one of the top providers in the area. Establishments, I have observed their security officers, to be attentive and observant. I just wanna give you a quick shout out to the Officer who was at the Chinatown market in Salt Lake City, way to go man on being observant and doing your job, but also being friendly with the community.

In the day and age where people dislike first responders, it’s nice to see people still have pride and want to do a great job 👏 I look forward to hiring them for my business.

We have used All Pro Security for three years to monitor gate ingress and egress on a large multiyear construction project. Thier assigned guard has been on the project since the beginning and does a great job working with our staff and all of the contractors on the project. We appreciate their consistency and diligence monitoring our site and also the communication and customer service provided by their onsite and office staff.

Need to train your guys to understand that they're not the real police. Their job is to observe and report. Not to harass "Residents" that pay to live here. And also make sure that the ones that you hire know how to read the property name. Just incase of a real emergency. Have a talk with your supervisor Liberator about swearing towards people he is dealing with. And have him come back at me saying he's shaking in his boots. Because normally that escalates the problem ..totally unpleasant and unappreciated to be treated like that just because my door dash driver got lost.

They patrol my apartment complex at night. They are not there all the time, but when they are they are always kicking out homeless people who pee in the bushes out side my window. The guards before them wouldn't even get out of the cars, even when i would ask them for help. The guards that drive through here are always friendly and willing to help. I would like my apartment complex to have them there full time but they will not. All and all they are a night and day difference from the last company we had doing security here. good job guys!
