worst company in security history. If I could give 0 stars I would!! Look how every review is somewhat similar. Glenn jones(manager) very rude, very manipulative, talks over you. Does not take care of his employees. The company is very Janky with pay because they will try to steal from you with unnecessary fees coming from your check. If you do not pay attention to your money they will strike. Very dangerous company, TRUST. Just look at all the other comments. This company needs to be shutdown!!

This is one of those companies you go to to just get your foot in the door. First off it’s a 1099 position which if you aren’t on top of it can bite you in the tail at tax time. High turn around due to the gm and the work environment. I turned in my two week notice back in 2017 and was harassed (I still have the letter that was sent to me). I was told I failed to give him (Glenn) information that I was doing my Va paperwork (which is why I quit medical reasons). I was offered higher pay and additional training to stay. He made it a point to tell me he likes sister girls (black women) ie bringing his biracial daughter to confirm this. Glenn is very rude,unprofessional, comes off as passive aggressive especially towards women. The letter he sent seemed more personal than professional smh. Like we broke up or something. Ladies do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

It seems the GM has had many issues and specially with women per the I-35 location Google maps reviews. No wonder he made such an issue with keeping my personal details stating that he wanted to keep my information to ensure I didn't try to file a discrimination concern. It seems he must push people out and then tries to cover hisself for inappropriate behavior.

When meeting the GM he took a tone with me and I let him know I no longer to pursue this position and he kept on being rude and he tried to turn it around and me and said that I was the type we call security on just because I asked for my personal information and application back. All because he kept re-iterating the hours and then said I was talking over him, which I did not. Why Glen, the GM felt it was carry to conduct business like this is beyond me.

This is not a great way to interact from the beginning and can't be a good sign of proper business as he is super defensive and the behavior is not professional. His demeanor and continued need to carry on was totally unnecessary. I hope audio recording of the interaction will be reviewed by the business owner.

Everything was going great until I spoke with the (GM). I called SRS looking to gather more information on applying. Their service was quick the lady that answered the phone offer to write down my information and give me a call back, before hanging up she said she can plug me through a hirie.
The (GM) comes on line. I let which who I thought was a recruiter know who told me of this company and how can I apply. Through this point he's talking over me the whole time, then he lectures on me how I should communicate in the future, then he addresses that he's the GM and that I called him while he was in a meeting.
Hoping to rush the conversation the GM ask me one more time when will I be coming in. I respectfully reply no thank you.
Now I have nothing against SRS today is my first day applying or attempting to apply I don't know what the GM had going on but evidently he's a busy man and I respect that. But please have something a sign for new recruits have something in place like hiring recruiters so your GM doesn't have to take phone calls that affect business flow.
I love security business I've done it for 5 years and good customer service goes a long way for security company.

I had a difficult time reaching this company. The listed address is for a PO box, apparently,and I can find no record of an owner through profesional channels like LinkedIn.

Through another security company I learned some disturbing things about the manager Glenn Jones and his apparent temper and anger management issues. Very sad.

He does have very cheap rates but this is mainly due to the very small size of his operation. I imagine it is solely owned by Glenn Jones so he can usually beat competition.

So long as the contract has no unforseen changes, he can handle basic security. But, if you cross him, he will unleash a Donald Trump style response. It can be rather humorous, if a bit unprofessional.

Gm very unprofessional, disrespectful, talks over you and won’t allow you to speak I wish there was a real corporate number because he needs to be FIRED immediately/ based on previous reviews looks like he hasn’t went anywhere/ WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN

Been here for going on 4 years. The hours and pay are here and better than most security places without going into the private sector.sttaight to the point and non sugar coated management which I enjoy. Pretty good place.
