Unfortunately extremely low quality products and even lower quality service. I've had multiple issues with the equipment installed and Guardian attempts to charge for every issue. No matter what the issue is, there is some sort of unique reason that they have to charge. They only offer 3 months of warranty on their products and this seems blatant that it's because they know they are low quality and will have issues. I spoke to multiple people and they refuse to just get what they installed to work. Horrible quality parts and service. I will be switching my provider immediately for quality I can trust when it comes to the safety of my home. It's a shame so many companies are just after the initial sale and won't follow through to make sure their customers are taken care of. They would prefer to take your money every time you have an issue and they know you absolutely will have issues. I recommend you use anyone else but Guardian and ADT which are the same company.

Technician Kyle was very quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. Took time to explain the App and panel in full detail and answer any questions. Also, had him check the installed speakers and took the time to inspect each speaker. Kyle was 10/10.

Overall the products work well but their service is not good. After spending close to two hours on the phone trying to get my system to work they said I had to have a service appointment and charged me $75 + taxes on top of having to miss work to be home when they arrived. When the technician came in all he did was a system update. I feel like they could have saved me the $75 by simply having someone on the phone that could have troubleshoot the fact that the software needed an update. So very disappointed at their predatory business practices where they are charging for unnecessary service calls when they should just be able to troubleshoot system updates over the phone. technician that came in simply called someone while here and the person on the phone walked him thru what to do to update the system why did it have to be a technician and not me updating my system with them on the phone?

We moved into our home that has a Guardian Protection system as part of the move in package with the builder. They sell you a product with over priced service and lock you to a 5 years contract with ridiculous terms to cancel ( I was being asked to pay $1500 before I can terminate). Please read carefully before signing with Guardian. They are overpriced and they do not provide anything special.
