Get Moving is the real deal. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is moving. The whole experience was pleasant from start to finish. If you use these guys, I recommend requesting Will, Terrence and Avery. They showed up on time and once they started, they never stopped. The hustle was extremely impressive. In addition, I was impressed and grateful at the attention to detail and how they treated our stuff. Shrink wrap, blankets, straps, etc. 5/5 all the way, we will see you guys in September!

The guys who did the actual move were awesome. But I don't know if I would recommend the company. We had a very simple move from a one bedroom apartment from West Mesa to Tempe. I asked for the earliest time of day because we wanted to have the rest of the day to unpack and get settled. They were supposed to show up between 8 - 10 am. 9:30 comes and they text saying they'll be a little late. No problem we can wait. 12:30 they text again saying they'll be there by 1:30. They showed up at 2:45pm. Then after they get all our stuff loaded, the moving truck broke down. And I get it, things happen, but they did not handle it well. They told us several times that they were sending another truck. The poor employee had to sit in the non-working truck waiting for five hours. In August. I brought him dinner and cold water because he wasn't allowed to leave the truck. I just felt so bad for him. We left him a big tip because he was so nice and it was not his fault that the truck doesn't work, but I am pretty disappointed in whoever coordinated this move. What should have been a two - three hour move ended up taking all day. Not an exaggeration. They were supposed to be there by 10 am. They weren't. They didn't actually deliver our furniture to the new place until well past 10 pm. Luckily they didn't charge us for all the extra time, so kudos for that, but they didn't knock a single penny off for wasting our entire day either. I sincerely hope they paid the poor guy for sitting in that hot truck for so long.

I used this company today for my move, and couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

They were prompt, communicated ahead of time that they were on their way, professional and most importantly, FAST. They didn’t rush, they made sure to protect my things and treat them with care but they also hustled. :).

I purchased the 2 hour service and they had it done well within that time frame. There were no additional hidden fees or costs beyond what was disclosed to me up front. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for reliable movers!

Was skeptical after reading mixed reviews. But they surpassed my expectations. Got Amazing crew to move my stuff. In and out within 4 hours. Extra time was prorated which is nice. Did not hand out cash , everything was done on card saved on file. I have moved my stuff multiple times in Arizona I would rate this service higher than others. Moving becomes less stressful when you have them.

They showed up on time and also called ahead to give me a 15 min heads up on their ETA. They were very efficient but also cautious of my belongings. Great manners, very professional, knocked out the 2-4 hour quoted job in 3 hours. Although they were moving my entire home, they were non-invasive. They asked for instruction and then executed perfectly, not bothering us at all as we packed up odds and ends. I will be using them again on my next move.

This company promotes as “ Veteran owned and operated…” yet none of the movers were Veterans. Sad marketing gimmick. The final bill was outrageous and billed to my credit card with no hesitation. Day of move told they will show up between 8:00 and 10:00. At 9:23 get a call the “ETA is 50 minutes.” They arrive after 10:30. Being billed for time of travel from Mesa to my home. Billed for a three person team but one is clearly not feeling well, puts in about two hours, sitting in the truck, and is picked up after 2:00. So, I am told the charge will reflect his departure time, which benefits the owner of the company. There was also the lunch break taken (understood) and ordering of food. This move took longer than expected and not sure why? It was a fiasco. I moved into this house two years ago with a different company, and two men. The move was done in five hours and less cost. Cancelling the next move with them and would recommend to others to not use this company.

This is the best experience with a moving company that I have ever dealt with. There was a team of three moving everything in my 10 story apartment building to a new 10 story apartment building. They showed up on time, and did not stop until the job was complete.

I also had my mother and little brother with me during the move, they were also very impressed with the level of respect the 3 movers showed throughout the time moving and toward them. 5 star service. Will use this company again in a heartbeat!
