Warning to Security Company Owners:

Do NOT become a vendor for Xpress Guards—they do not pay their subcontractors. My company was subcontracted to provide coverage for a site for two weeks. Despite completing the work, we were never paid. We were initially told by Xpress Guards' Vendors and Accounting departments that payment was on a net-20 basis, but that payment never materialized.

Attempts to resolve this with their team were met with unresponsiveness. At one point, they claimed they couldn’t pay us because their CFO had left the company. Interestingly, everyone involved in onboarding my company as a vendor also left Xpress Guards shortly after.

I regret not conducting thorough due diligence before accepting two sites from them. Fortunately, we are owed less than $6,000, but I know other business owners who are owed amounts in the $20,000 range.

This has been a tough but valuable lesson in doing business. Avoid partnering with Xpress Guards—they do not honor their commitments.

We have multiple properties in Los Angeles, and we needed to hire a security guard to monitor our properties 24 hours per day. Xpressguards offered us armed and unarmed security guards. They also offered us CCTV monitoring which saved us money because everything was included. Great service so far.

Terrible customer service. And the below response is false. The contact was sent at 9:08pm and was signed at 9:18pm. An email was sent to the sales representative at 9:20pm confirming that the contract was signed. I never once received a call after signing the contract. In fact, I called several times the next morning and days following and put in urgent requests for a call back (they use a call center at times I was told) and not a single person ever called me back until I wrote this review.
